Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what data Solscribe (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes, why, and your choices. Solscribe is a non-custodial interface to a public blockchain; we collect as little as possible and never ask for your private keys or seed phrase.

1. Data we process

Wallet address. When you connect a wallet, we process your public wallet address to display your on-chain subscriptions, plans, and balances. This is public blockchain information.

Notification details (optional). Only if you opt into alerts, we store the contact details you provide — your Telegram username and resolved chat ID and/or your email address — together with your alert preferences (such as reminder timing) and the wallet they relate to. We use these solely to deliver the alerts you requested.

Technical data. To load on-chain data, the app routes blockchain (RPC) requests through a third-party provider via our server. Standard, short-lived server logs (such as IP address, timestamps, and request metadata) may be processed for security and operation. We do not use advertising trackers. Preferences like theme and reminder settings are stored locally in your browser, not on our servers.

2. How we use data

  • to provide the interface and display your on-chain activity;
  • to send the in-app, Telegram, and email alerts you enable;
  • to operate, secure, debug, and improve the Service; and
  • to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Legal bases (where applicable, e.g. GDPR)

  • Consent — for storing your contact details and sending alerts. You can withdraw it anytime by turning alerts off or deleting your details.
  • Legitimate interests — for the secure operation and improvement of the Service.
  • Legal obligation — where we are required to process data by law.

4. Storage, security, and location

Notification details are stored using a managed datastore (Upstash Redis) and are encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest by the provider. Email is delivered via Resend and Telegram messages via the Telegram Bot API. Data may be processed and stored on servers located in the United States or other countries. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no system is completely secure.

5. Service providers

We share the minimum data necessary with processors that help us run the Service:

  • Upstash — stores your notification settings;
  • Resend — delivers email alerts;
  • Telegram — delivers Telegram alerts;
  • Helius (or a comparable RPC provider) — serves blockchain data requests; and
  • our hosting provider — runs the application.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security practices.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep your notification details only while your alerts are enabled. You can delete them at any time from within the app — turn both channels off and save, or use “Delete my contact details” in the alerts settings — which removes the record from our datastore. You may also email us to request deletion. Short-lived deduplication and log data expire automatically.

7. Public blockchain notice

Your wallet address and any transactions you sign are recorded on the public Solana blockchain. This information is public, pseudonymous, and permanent. We do not control the blockchain and cannot modify, hide, or delete on-chain data.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent (GDPR), as well as rights to know about and delete personal information and to non-discrimination (CCPA/CPRA). We do not sell or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under U.S. privacy laws. To exercise any right, use the in-app controls or contact us below.

9. Children

The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Third-party links

The Service links to third-party sites such as block explorers (Orb) and documentation. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices; their policies govern your use of them.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Material changes will be reflected here, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.
